Gentlemen,

May we invite you to participate in our small value procurement for the Procurement of a Statistical Modeling Tool for Bank Failure Prediction Model, with 2 users, perpetual lab license and with installation DVD and documentation, by submitting your bid/quotation, inclusive of all applicable taxes, delivery charges, and training on the use of the software. It is required that the supplier/provider must be registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).

The approved budget for the contract is PhP181,468.90.

Enclosed are the Terms of Reference and Bid Form for your guidance.
